Whether you need prototypes, small or large production runs, or value-added assembly, PEG can fabricate it. We make the finest precision glass and quartz components and assemblies according to your specifications. Plus, we use various fabrication and finishing techniques to create a range of glass components for your specific needs.
For example, these techniques can include shrinking, glass blowing, glass machining, and glass grinding. These components — such as precision bore tubing, glass-to-metal seals, glass-to-glass seals, graded seals, glass assemblies, and more — can be made to spec for almost any need. Meeting the Highest Standards of Quality
PEG produces diverse components and value-added assemblies using standard or computer-controlled glass lathe fabrication. We also use horizontal and vertical shrink machines, cutting and end finishing, and precision grinding/polishing. Our components are used in various applications, such as medical, dental, or industrial glass X-ray tubes, CO2, or HeNe lasers. All our glass and quartz fabrications are made in facilities that are certified to ISO 9001: 2015 standards of quality.
